About Chef Tee
Known by many names (Chef Tee, Star, Tee), Taneeka is passionate about two things: basketball and holistic healing through food. After a basketball accident drastically changing her life’s journey, Taneeka turned to food and Chef Tee emerged.
With over 8 years of cooking experience, Chef Tee has obtained education and experience cooking for health and healing. Her passion for food highlights the difference between a chef and a “cook”. She leverages the healing properties of food by understanding its holistic components. In doing so, Chef Tee’s company GoHealThySelf was born.
Her promise is to help people through her food, her spiritual connections, and ultimately to help others heal themselves. There is no better love than self-love and spiritual “fitness”.
